Due to safety factors it is necessary to isolate the network. By doing so, any potential risks can be contained and prevented. Isolation also allows for easier monitoring and management of the network, making it easier to identify and respond to any issues we may find. While it may cause some inconvenience, the benefits of network isolation far outweigh any potential drawbacks. It is important to prioritise safety, and isolating the network when we find an issue can be required.

Timing

Whilst we always endeavour to carry out our work with the minimum amount of inconvenience to our customers, there will be times where we have no choice but to interrupt the electricity supply. Even in these cases, we try to opt for the times that are best for the majority of our customers, but because of our extensive rolling work program, this is not always possible.
